What’s involved?

What do we cover?

Across the programme, you will develop a clear sustainability strategy and the processes needed to measure, manage, and reduce emissions. The training covers carbon accounting across scopes 1, 2, and 3, and supports you to build an ESG balanced scorecard aligned to corporate planning so progress is measurable and action-led.
You will also create a roadmap towards Net Zero by 2050, or sooner, and develop outcomes that address climate change, plastics, pollution, biodiversity loss, and social impact.

ESG strategy foundations

Define your sustainability priorities, risks, and opportunities. Set pragmatic outcomes that align with business goals.

Carbon footprint skills (scopes 1, 2 and 3)

Build a carbon baseline and learn how to calculate, record, and report emissions consistently.

Reduction planning and implementation

Create a realistic reduction plan and embed delivery into business planning with clear owners, timelines, and measures.

ESG balanced scorecard

Develop a scorecard to track performance and ensure sustainability actions translate into measurable results.

Net Zero roadmap

Build a plan towards Net Zero by 2050, or sooner, with milestones that suit your organisation.

Qualification and next steps

Consolidate your outputs, prepare for assessment, and leave with a clear action plan to implement after the programme.
